With a core staff of 5 attorneys and 7 paraprofessionals at our Troy headquarters and our 5 attorney office in Mumbai, India, our combined staff of 20 professionals have the resources and the expertise to effectively deal with any immigration matter. The firm has been accorded the highest "av" rating by the prestigious rating service, Martindale-Hubbell, and one of our attorneys was recently inducted into the Martindate Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys. And our track record of 98% approval rate in more than 2500 filed applications last year confirms our high rating.

Our firm has been appointed  "exclusive" immigration editor for the International Bar Association, where our articles on a variety of immigration topics are published regularly. We are fluent in a host of languages, including English, Arabic, Hindi, French, German, Korean and Japanese.

Cost Efficient Representation and Techonology

With the use of advanced immigration software such as INS Zoom, we have been able to substantially enhance our efficiency and turn around time for all immigration applications, as well as being to provide instantaneous status reports to clients on their applications. The establishment of our Mumbai, India office in 2004 established the firm as an industry leader in offshore processing, greatly enhancing our capacity to handle large client volumes at the lowest possible cost. Our India office continues to experience parabolic growth in all areas of immigration.

Lastly, in 2006, we established Fakhoury Global Migration. In just under two years, we have established a significant presence in the field and now process visas for U.S. nationals in more than 50 foreign countries.
